Overall, for most sports, the number of males who chose watching was higher than who participated. Fishing is the expectation with the participation rate being the highest. In addition, Football and Horse riding and racing has the population of young men who chose watching highest.
From 16 to 25, young men preferred to take part in Fishing with 50%, while they also pay most attention to watching Football and Horse riding and racing with 45%. By contrast, males are the least likely to participate in physical soccer and the least likely to watch fishing with 10% and 15%, respectively.
Additionally, data also illustrates the remaining four sports including Rugby, Basketball, Badminton and Horse riding and racing has the proportions of Watching are 45%, 30%, around 38% and 35%, respectively, which higher than itself participation rate, sequentially 20% and around 18% for Rugby and Horse riding and racing; 25% for both Basketball and Badminton.
