Several key trends are revealed by line graph demonstrate the percentile of people contributing in outside sports in Australia in between 1997 and 2007.
Overall, it can be observed that most of the australians showed keen interest in picnicking throughout all the time period while the horse riding was always least prefered activity. However, the other activities fluctuated in the time span.
An intial analysis of line graph shows that picnicking was at the top in 1997 with almost 65% participation of australians which declined gradually but always remained on top in contrast to all others. Infact, walking in 1997 was at second spot with the contribution of 60% of australians but it falls in a steep pattern to 37% at the end of time period. However, it was not always the case the trend of water activities surged from 40% in 1997 to 58% in 2001 and then stabled itself throught the time span.
Turning to the trend of other activities displays there popularity in the specific range. As the trend of camping rose in the start from almost 24% to 31% and then became stable where as cycling shows mold rise pattern. The most noticable fact is that horse riding trend remained stable at almost 8% from 1997 to 2007.
