Overll, the proportion of child eating vegetables increased throughout the given period . However, by middle year, most of the adolesecents consumed the vegetable diet. It is also noticeable that the vegetable diet experienced a fluctution over the given period.
In 1960, no one child ate the vegetable diet. But, from this point, the vegetable consumption was increased dramatically, reaching peak in 1980 and making remarkable achievement about vegetable diet consumption, around 16% of total childs ate vegetable in that year. From 1980 to 1992, there was a downward trend in the adolescents’ greenary diet, dropping to around 7% in terms of consumption. This figure again started to rise in 1993, climbing up and again fell to 6% of young in the middle year of 1990. The vegetable diet experienced a significant increase and touched approximately 11% proportion of children in the final year.
