Plastics were started to be recycled from 1986 to 2010; it enumerates the nature of steadiness.
Above 40% of aluminum cans were recycled in 2010 whereas nearly 0% of cans were recycled in 1982. The overall recycling of aluminum cans jumped upward. Papers are the only materials that were most recycled. It is clearly visible that the recycling procedure of paper fluctuates until 1986, then reaches its maximum point and collapses from 1990 to 2010.
