To begin with, the number of children increased gradually started at around 3 millions in 1958 and riached 4 millions in 1974. However there was a slight decline between 194 and 1986. After that the number began to rise steadily and it has excepted that by the end of the given it will have peaked with approximately 5,5 millions. The number of young people started with about 1,2 millions and rose gradually until 1990 when showed a minor decline with about 2,2 millions in 1998. After that the number started increasing with prediction of about 3,5 millions.
In terms of percent, there is a notable downward trend. The percent of the youngest group started at around 30%, however there was a minor decline over the first half of the period.
