In general, three of the pie charts show that the highest percentage of carbohydrates compare to other macronutrients. Moreover, average people consume 20% of fat along with healthy diet.
Examining the pie charts, the consumption of carbohydrates for sport indicates the highest proportion between average diet and healthy diet, at about 60%. However, sportsmen intook 15% of fat, so it is fewer proportion along with protein than other diets.
Turning to the average diet shows the same proportion of protein and carbohydrates. To compare it with healthy diet, they differ with 10%, namely, the digestion of carbohydrates in healthy diet was 50 percentage, but in average diet was 10 percent less. Although the consumption of protein was its opposite, to be clear, average diet for protein demonstrates 40%, while in healthy diet it is 30 percentage. In addition, the proportion of fat between average diet and healthy diet illustrate 20%.
