The table demonstrates the percentages of people living in four different types of housing in three areas in one European country.
Overall, detached houses are most common in the central area, while majority of Green Park residents live in flats/apartments. In contrast, Southberg has a much higher proportion of people living in terraced houses.
To start with the Central area, almost two-fifth of residents prefer detached types of housing, followed by 28% in semi-detached and 18% in terraced holdings. Only 15% lives in flats/apartments, the opposite pattern is true for Green Park area. Greater part of people live in flats/apartments, at just above three quarters, whereas only small part occupy terraced, semi-detached and detached houses making up 14%, 5% and 5% respectively.
In Southberg, terraced type of accommodation is most favoured, accounting for 56% of citizens, whilst flats/apartments accommodated a quarter of them. Finally, detached houses and semi-detached houses made up 14% of residents for the former, and 5% for the latter.
