The picture illustrates the different stages involved in paper process.
Overall, producing paper involves many stages, starting with cutting timbers and sending them into the factory to produce ready paper materials, and ending with screening and cleaning the processed paper.
Initially, many seedlings were planted by environment protectors in forests. After those seedlings become large timbers, employees cut them with the help of excavators, before sending them to the factory in order to debarking them. In this process, trees separated from their barks.
After de-barking process over, debarked trees send to the chipping machine to cut trees into small pieces. Once this process was done, small pieces of tress witness three processes. The first one is mechanical pulping process. In this process the wood chips are subsequently converted into pulp through a mechanical pulping process. The second one is chemical pulping process, in which logs were given chemical products. When it comes to hydrapulper, workers mix those products with water to form a fibrous pulp. At the end, paper witness screening and cleaning process to make it ready to use.
