Aditionnally, sodium is the more consumed product with an average of 29% during the lunch, while only 19% of sugar is eaten in this same period of time.
Moreover, it can be deduced that sodium and satured fat are the essential nutrients during the dinner with almost 40%, while sugar with 23% is less consumed by people. Finally, with an amount of 42% sugar is the highest nutrient to eat in snacks, followed by satured fat with 21% and sodium with a few percentage of 14%.
