Overall, it can be seen that the town became more urbanized, cutting down residential areas and providing more options for industrial activities.
In the northwest corner of the town, residential area was remained unchanged from 2000 to 2009. The derelic warehouse was replaced with a car park and the old town next to this place was cleared to make way for offices and university. The school was still there over a period of 9 years. There was an art centre on the left side of the school which was demolished and the cinema was developed in 2009. The residential area opposite the industrial complex was also converted into shopping centre.
At the top right of the town, the lake was cut down into a small pond from 2000 to 2009. The residential area in the right hand corner was torn down and industrial complex became larger over the given period.
