Overall, there are three categories in English level. The numbers of people who consider English as their mother tongue were the most common and non-proficient residents are the least. In terms of gener, men dominated in all categories.
To commence with, employees used English as their main language occupied 71.9%, while proficient residents and non-proficient people were significantly lower with 65.4% and 48.3%. Moreover, the number of indigenous English who are men was 75.5%, slightly higher than proficient ones at 72.3%. Wheares, proficient women were lower than natives 10%. Notably, non-proficient people recorded 68% in men and 34.3% in women, the indicator of women was even twice less common than natives.
Regarding the level of occupations, professional local people were 17.7% and technical ones were 13.2%. In contrast, non-proficient people were 38.2% elementary and 21.1% skilled trades.
