Taking a closer look at the plans, the proposed plan requires some profound changes, such as additional roads and an extra roundabout. In contrast, some of the places, like the town center, build-up area, and gas station, remain the same.
Scrutinising meticulously, there is no road at present, and this problem will be sorted out when the new changes come. This road will be merged with town center on the east, the south A4 road, and the A2 road on the west. The north-west region occupies Air-field which could be rebuilt as an industrial estate. Moreover, this state will attach to the railway on the right side.
Probing ahead, the gas station, which is situated in the centre of the town, besides it the large roundabout will build. Further , the buid-up area and the attached ring road between the town center on the east remains stable. Ending with railway line this also will be the same area of the center region however the additional roudabout also will be merged with it.
