The line graph represents the results of a survey which gives the four major reasons why people travelled to different countries between 2000 and 2015.
Overall, employment, study, family and adventure were the major reasons for travelling. People traversing due to employment and study increased dramatically, while those who seek adventure or family related issues witnessed a very slight increase.
The number of people who travelled due to employment was around 60,000 , the highest for any category, in 2000. This was followed by a sharp incline, reaching around 90,000 people in 2010. A gradual decrease limited the number of people to below 90,000 by 2015. Furthermore, those who moved due to study was around 25,000 people. From there, two sharp spikes propelled the numbers to around 90,000, similar to employment.
Regarding the family or friends category, only a gradual increase is witnessed. The number of people stood at 10,000 in 2000 and reaching 25,000 in 2015, almost 2.5 times the original number. Lastly, the adventure category witnessed an even slower increase, resulting in 15,000 people from 10,000 in 2000.
