Overall, Brisbane experienced, not only higher temperature than another city with both maximum and minimum measurements over the year, but also more number of days with precipitation than Canberra.
According to the first diagram, the maximum and minimum temperatures in Canberra persisted similar trend during the 12 months, while continuously falling from about 17 and around 20 in January to approximately 0 and 10 in July, rising back to almost same temperature as the beginning of the year in December. In Brisbane, the minimum daily temperature was lower than in Canberra, falling between around 22 in January and over 10 July, before reaching back at around 22 in the end of the year.
In summer of both cities, the average count of days with rain remained relatively stable at around 8 at roughly 10, respectively. The amount of rain in Brisbane showed constant pattern, dipping from 14 in February to 7 in July, subsequently, growing between 7 in September and 12 in December. In contrast, the average number of days with precipitation in Canberra fluctuated over the year.
