On the other hand, the monthly income of three eateries oscillated significantly. Evening Paradise and Delicacy started in January with modest amounts of profits, about 53 thousand dollars and 32 thousand dollars, respectively. The Evening Paradise’s profits rose substantially by around 65 thousanddollars between January and July, dropped sharply from 100 in July to 60 in September, and then reached the highest point of over 180 in December. Besides, the income of Delicacy fluctuated in a range of 20 thousand to 40 thousand between January and July and ended the year with 120 thousand dollars.
