In contrast, both London and New York show an opposite trend. Temperatures rise steadily from February onwards, peaking during July and August before falling again towards December. New York experiences greater temperature variation, with summer peaks around 30°C and winter lows close to 0°C. Meanwhile, London’s climate is milder, with the warmest months averaging about 20°C and the coldest (February and December) around 4°C.
Overall, while London and New York share a similar pattern with cold winters and warm summers, Sydney has the reverse trend, enjoying mild winters and hot summers.
