Overall, even though the Pier and the Pavilion had fluctuations along the years, they grew their percentage of tourist over the 30-year period. The Art Gallery on the other side, decreased significantly over the years up to 2010, and the Festival remained stable through the years.
The Pier had oscillations along 1980 and 2000, starting approximately at 10 percent in 1980 and ending near to 12 percent in 2000. Then, it increased constantly over the remaining 10-year period up to approximately 23 percent. On the side, The Pavilion had grew significantly from around 23 percent in 1980 to 46 percent in 1995. After that increase, it started a rough decline from nearly 46 percent to approximately 32 percent.
The number of tourist for the Festival were dropping from nearly 30 percent to around 25 percent, then it had a fast increase up to nearly 28 percent, where later it remained stable. In the case of the Art Gallery, it had a strong increase from approximately 23 percent in 1980 to nearly 37 percent, from where later on, it would mainly decrease, reaching in 2010 only around 8 percent of tourist visiting the facility.
