In 1990, approximately 15 and 16 percent of people were from 34 to 43 and from 44 to 53 respectively tent to excersice in the gym. These rates increased in 1994, with 18 and 23%, and went down in 1998 to 15.5 and 20%. Following that, the rates rose significantly. The group of people who were from 44 to 53 reached the peak in 2010, with 26%. The second group had the biggest percent in 2006. Then this figure dropped from 25 to 17 percent in 2010.
Young generations had less rates which changed slightly over the period shown. From 1990 to 1994 the figures remained the same: 5% in a group with 18-23 years old people and 7% in 24-33 years old. The youngest group went up to 7% in 1998, followed by minor decline. This figure dropped to 6% in 2010. In contrast, the group which includes people from 23 to 33 years old rose the figure to 10% in 2010.
