As is presented in the line chart, suburban’s crime rates started with 2% in 1995. They increased significantly and peaked at 8% in 1996. After that, the figure of crime rates declined sharply and accounted for nearly -2% in 1997. It rise slightly and reached 0% in 1998.
Furthermore, rural and urban areas crime rates starting with around 3% and 0% in 1995, followed by 3% and 2% in 1996. However, the figure dropped slightly and stood at 2% and -1% in 1997. Moreover, they declined till the end of the year 1998 and registered at -2% and -4%, respectively.
