The given diagrams illustrate the figure of generated energy from 3 different sources in one European country in the period of 30 years and the proportion of consumed electricity by sectors in 2020.
Overall, it is clearly seen that the oil and nuclear sources decreased while renewable energy sources increased at the end of the period. Industry was the most energy consuming sector among all others.
Turning to details, oil, which was the highest figure at the start of the period, fell gradually, accounting for approximately 25 terawat hours in 2020. Meanwhile, nuclear energy source, which started the period with 45 TWH, rose steadily, before decreasing to 60KWH in 2020. Furthermore, the figure for renewable sources rose dramatically throughout the period, accounting for 90KWH at the end.
Regarding the bar chart, industrial sector was dominant in energy consumption, standing at 45% respectively. Energy expenditure for residential and commercial services resembled each other closely, standing at 25 and 20%, with the difference of 5%. Transport, which was the least energy consuming sector, accounted for 10%.
