Overall, rainfall was recorded to be fluctuating throughout the year and it peaked in summers. On the other hand, the proportion of light rainfall (0-2.5 mm) was recorded the highest. Whereas, extreme rainfall had the lowest proportion ( > 30 ).
Initially rainfall stood at 78mm, before experiencing gradual increase it falls to its lowest point around 63mm in February. In may, it reached at its peak around 142mm after then trend seemed decreasing until September at 76mm. It reached 102mm in October after which it experienced declining trend and ended up 70mm in December.
The proportion of light and moderate rainfall was highest around 35% and 28% respectively. 1/5 portion of rainfall was covered by heavy rainfall (7.5-15mm). Meanwhile, very heavy and extreme rainfall was recorded to have lowest proportion of approximately 12% and 5% respectively.
