In general, sugar consumption reported as pretty stable with a slightly increase through years. Meanwhile, the production of sugar fluctuated, especially from 2003 to the end.
Considering the data from first three years, the number of sugar consumption stabilized around 25, while people produced less sugar, from about 27 in 2001 to 25 in 2003 and dropped to 17 at the end. At the first year, the amount of sugar consumption were over the production. But it became equally in 2003, and after a significantly decrease in 2005, the sugar production got the lowest number through considered period.
At the last remaining years, the use of sugar was reported as slightly increase at approximately 27. In contrast, the production number of this surged to nearly 35, which was recorded as the highest number in this period. After that, it descended to about 20 and finally returned to roughly 30.
