The mixed chart delves into the contributions of five industries, named agriculture, manufacturing, mining, services and communication to the econimy of Australia over a period from 2005 to 2009 and especialize focus on the employment rate in year 2009.
In general, services play the most important role for the contribution to Australia’s ecomony, leaving a huge gap with other industries. In addition, services also made up the majority of Australia’s employees, significantly high when compare with other’s figure.
Looking first at the line chart, services’ figure was recorded at the highest position of the chart at roughly 30% in 2005, which is increasing gradually to hit its peak at just above 50%, cementing its position eventually. At the same time, despite fluctuate slightly, other’s figures are all under 15% with the ranking are manufactuaring, communication, mining and agriculture over the time shown.
Turning the remaining chart, the majority of the chart is services, made up about 57% of the Australia’s employees. Meanwwhile, manufatuaring, communication, mining made up similarly around 11% and the lowest figure accounted for agriculture with only 5.9% of total number.
