Overall, the proportion of articles by women writers significantly increased, while work by male professors had a slight rise. On the other hand, nearly all publications were in the University of Warwick in humanity subject.
In 2006, there was 1000 writings by women, which was followed by a gradual increase to 2000. However, the number dropped under 2000 in 2009, then rising to 3000 articles in 2012. At the same time, books by men professors experienced minimal fluctuations and ended with just over 3000 articles by 2012.
Between 2006 and 2012, the majority of works announced by the Warwick university, having 120 publications on humanity theme. Additionally, there were about 90 books in both science and arts. Similarly, universities of Sheffield and York had most publications in humanities. Birmingham showed the least of numbers in every area.
