The presented kine graph illustrates the quantity of requests from travellers to tourist infoemation office made by phone, letter/email and personally during the period from January to June in 2001.
Overall, types enquire that demonstrated the highest number of people contacting to information office (by telephone) and the lowest number (in person) showed an increase. By contrast, the amount of requires made by email or letter decreased dramatically in the second part of the period.
Turning to detais, starting from January, the number of telephone enquires which quantity accounted for 800 calls, was the highest among all categories. Despite falling to just under 800 calls in February, its number restored at the point of 800 again in March and remained unchanged before reaching its peak at 1100 calls in June. As for requests performed using email or letter, which were at the second place before telephone enquires in January with 600 enquires, its amount was stabilised untill the second part of spring when it declined by 200 requests in just 2 months and became an outsider.
As regards to contacting information centre in person, it is notable that started at the level of just 400 requests, amount of people used this way to communicate with centre surged to 800, exceeding other contact tools in 3 months. After that, quantity of individuals adressed to tourist information office in person continued to grow and finaly, hit the peak of 1200 enquires with a tiny difference from the number of telephone requests.
