The line graph illustrates the percentages of people’s ratings of four different age groups based on five essential factors when purchasing a new home.
Overall, the most drastic rise in a factor is the crime rate when buying a new home, while school showed less trending among older age groups. Whereas, other factors show decline and incline trends.
Crime rate shows the highest percentages of people of all age groups, almost around 76%. Whereas, the percentage of people rating school was higher between 52% to 51% in the initial age groups from 25 to 44. However, it shows a steady decline in the percentage among the older age group.
On the other hand, shopping, parks, and public transport show less importance than other factors, starting between 0 to 25 percent in the younger age groups. However, these gradually inclined at the end of the age group, approximately 20 to 30%.
