Overall, the maximum number of the car robberies had occurred in Great Britain especially in mid 1996 to 97 and Canada had the least number of occurring thefts in mid 1993.
Great Britan had the highest number of car thefts around 18000 cars initally in 1990 which had increased tremendously twice, once in mid 1992 around 20000 cars and in mid 1996 . Eventually these thefts were very low in 1993-94 where the number has dropped to around 16000and in 1999 it again dropped . Followed by Sweden which had the next highest number of robberies and the peak was in the final year 1999 which was around 14000 cars
