The data illustrates thefts per thousand vehicles in Great Britian , Sweden , France and Canada from time between 1990 to 1999.Overall, Britain had the highest amount of car stolen throughtout the year, while the other three countries stayed at much lower levels throughout the period. Sweden had an noticeable increase, whilst France and Canada experienced little fluctuations.
In 1990, Great Britain had by far the highest figure approximately 17 thefts per thousands of vehicles.This number gradually rose hitting reaching a peak of around 20 in 1996 before falling down to about 16 by the end of the decade ,respectively.
Sweden however started with just over 7 thefts per thousand cars in 1990 , before having an steady incline reaching its highest point with roughly 13 by 1999. France remained relatively constant with 6 and 7 thefts for the time given. Lastly Canada constantly showing the least vehicle robbed throughout the years sitting just above 6 and slowly decreasing until hitting its lowest point with about 5 cars stolen.
