From an overall perspective, following some changes, the village is now offering a greater range of facilities. It is also worth mentioning that sea facilities have been renovated, agricultural lands have been converted into industrial zones, and recreational places have been erected at the cost of greenery.
In 1995, there was a small hotel that was flanked by a public park, which was situated in the middle of the village. On the opposite side of the hotel, there was a coffee shop. Farmland was placed in the northeast of the village. There were also a few housing units and sports clubs in the west side of the village. Moreover, there was a sea with morning fishing boats in the south side of the village.
Up to now, the countryside has undergone considerable makeovers, except for the coffee house, which has remained unchanged. The most noticeable change is the emerging holiday homes instead of the public park. Additionally, it can be seen that the number of housing units has increased over the years. The parking lot is now available in the southeast of the area where the hotel and holiday homes are situated. The morning fishing boats have also been modernized by being converted into yachts. Furthermore, living apartments have been constructed at the expense of the fish market.
