In the future, a school will be built instead of a factory. Streets will be lengthened in the North, East, and approximately in the West. Overall, many factories are going to be replaced with shops, schools, and households.
Norbiton’s industrial area currently contains a factory, farmland, and the river. The farmland is located near the river, almost in the middle. The industrial area has eight factory buildings. The town is located in the West of the Norbiton area.
The planned future development contains a brand-new medical center in the South of the area. Shops will be located to the right of the town, and a playground will be just under the farmland. The main changes here are new housing under the river, although the street will be crossing the river. New housing will also be built in the new area in the North-West of Norbiton. Additionally, a new crossroads will be under the bigger crossroads.
