Overall, the area is going to experience significant developments with more residential houses and improved infrastructure.
There is a circle road in the middle of the town,which runs from west to the east. At the end of the road there is a factory, going to be replaced by a new school. New shops will be constructed to the south west of the circle, whereas to the south east there is a hospital which is supposed to be built, with new housing nearby.
Several factories to the north east of the town are planned to be replaced by playground and residential houses from both sides of the road going to the potential playground. The north of the town is also will be more accessible with road being extended to the north west and north, dividing the river and making an access to potential new houses. The farmland will also be replaced to the north west of the site. The other new houses will be constructed in the current ground of factories to the north west.
