The maps illustrate the number of changes that will be made to a town: namely Denham in 1986 and the expectation for 2026. The improvement can be divided into two group which is the expanding buildings and the knocking down areas. Overall, it is clear that these developments are likely to impact on the number of houses which replace several particular areas.
Starting with the areas which are destroyed, a farmland which was located at the north-east and south-west areas are planned to be cut down, same as a shops and a gardens which located opposite these farmlands respectively. In addition, a large house in the gardens is also projected to be knocked down
Moving on to the replacing constructions, the houses are expected to be expanded and replace the shops, gardens, and farmlands, additionally every house expanding areas are planned to have a access roads which are separated from a road which running through a bridge and parallel a River Stoke. Moreover, a primary school at the center of the maps which have been locating beside the road are projected to be enlarged in the same position. Finally, the bridge and the post office are not planned to change both position and size.
