In 2008, old science park has been done same significant redevelopments. The leafy environment area has replaced to a research and development office, which is located in north western corner. They added a railway station to south-east area to increase the public transportation. IT centre has disappeared to a innovation centre, which is right next to woodland. Cyber security building remains in the same location but they have expand their area. All woodlands, business units and car park are stay as same. They established a cycle path, which is combined with the road. The car park is on the middle of the road, which is near to business unit. The reception office is turned in to a university hub, which is built in north-east area.
