Overall, Science park has undergone significant modifications, including the expansion of road facilities. However, certain parts of the park remained without any changes.

Initially, there was a car park located centrally with a road adjacent to it. To the western part of the science park, the business units was located with a path between car park, cyber security and IT centre. Moreover, the west-northern side of the park was occupied by grassland, whereas west-southern was dedicated to Woodland. As far as north concerned, there were offices flanked by a reception and woodland nearby with paths that leads to road.

As of yet, Grassland has been replaced by Research and development centre and reception also has been reconstructed into university hub. However, the north and west-southern area of Grassland, Business Units and Offices remain unchanged. In addition, both Car park and Cyber security has changed their shape and expanded. Consequently, IT centre has been reshaped into Innovation centre and the facilities such as station near to the railway and cycle path across the road with a bus stop has been added.
