The given two maps illustrates the comparative analysis of present and planned future developments of industrial area in the town of Norbiton. Enormous changes can be observed in before and after scenarios in the urban area.
It can be clearly observed that, currently on the North side, the river is separating the farmland from factories, but in future, construction of a bridge will take place which will help people to comfortably cross the river. Additionally the farmland on the north will be shifted to south and residential area will be built on its place.
Interpreting the image further, presently there are more factories across the roundabout in the city, which will be replaced by more housing in future. Moreover on the Southwest and Northwest two more exits will made from the main roundabout, that will connect with the bridge on North and with shops and housing on west. Insighting further, on the East, a school will be built along with the playground for the better physical well-being of children. A medical centre is also forsighted just next to the new roundabout opposite the river.
Overall, it is evident that the town of norbiton will be a better place to live after planned amendments.
