In 2008, the northern side of the park was largely covered by grassland, while the offices and a reception area were located in the northeast. Next, business units were located on the western side and there also a car park nearby. Moreover, In the southwest, an IT Centre was surrounded by woodland, and a Cyber Security building was located at the southeast. There also a railway across the southeast corner of map.

At the present, the science park has been considerably developed. The former grassland area has been replaced by a large Research and Development building. Also, The reception area has been replaced by University Hub. The IT Centre has been transformed into an Innovation Centre.
