The map shows the current state of a designated area alongside a proposed layout for its renovation.
Overall, the outline suggests that there will be an erection of some newer structures, while some will be modified and others will remain unchanged.
To begin with, the present condition of the area shows that the Airfield is connected to the only existing roundabout which extends to the A2 area leading southwards and to the town centre, towards the east. The road to the town centre is however, intercepted by the railway. Additionally, at the south of the railway is located a gas station and towards the east side of the railroad is the civic centre, located adjacent to a build-up area ring road.
Moving on to the improvised plan, it can be seen that the airfield would be replaced by the industrial estate and then link to the rail-network on the upper western side. The road leading to the former A2 road will be elongated to make it join the rail track and the new A4 lane. The previous connecting area of the railway and town center would be replaced by a bigger roundabout. Moreso, a new tarred road leading to the city center from the outskirts of the area would be constructed. However, the gas station, town centre and ring road would stay the same.
