The diagrams illustrate the change made to layout of Pebbleton over a period of 20 years.

Overall, the village has been expanded and new features are added in the present time.

Twenty years ago, the village mainly consisted of a ‘lighthouse’ at the top of the beach. There was also a film studio next to the lighthouse. There were houses at the centre of the village. There was only one road bridge to get to the school.

In contrast, the present layout shows considerable change. The film studio has been replaced by the flats and beside that the lighthouse lane has been changed to toofpath. A new building can be seen next to the children playground which is community centre Houses has been expanded at the centre of the village. Now, there are two bridges to get to school.
