The diagram illustrates the process of how paper is manufactured and recycled. The whole process involves ten main stages, starting from harvesting trees and all the way through producing and recycling. Overall, the sets of stages for paper are as follows, cutting tree trunks and processing. Besides, paper production requires relatively specialized equipment, with all the main stags taking place in factories.
The initial stage of manufacturing is harvesting trees in forests and getting ready to removing bark in order to obtain drum by special machinery. During the next stage, processed drums will be chipped by distinct chipping machinery which crushes into a wood soft before going to pulping in a big refiner. Following by, the processed pulp will be pressed to get shaped and then rolled paper is available to use.
The remained stages consisted of producing paper on different purposes such as printing newspapers or toiletries. After that, collecting used paper before going to recycling them. However, the final step of recycling paper is removing ink with chemical liquid in particular container and send the processed paper into the pulping machine where it boils at high temperature.
