The map depicts drastic transformation of small village into a bigger town from 1980 to 2012.
Overall, Milton has grown from a tiny village to a larger and more populous town over a course of 22 years. During this time many changes have been happened in a village.
In 1980, Milton had fewer residential properties, with more trees and greenery. A high street in the middle of village divided the town eastern and western parts. The west side of the village had a school, a play ground, a bank, a hospital and numerous trees. Whereas, on the eastern side of the street had a park and cafe also there were some shops at the southeast corner. Moreover,there were plenty of houses constructed at the south part.
However, the village had grown dramatically by 2012. Now, in the place of a play ground, the modern town has flats facilities. In addition, the new town developed a techno park and a restaurant on the esat side of the main street. Furthermore, the park and cafe in the eastern side changed with the hotel and golf course. At last, new town has a supermarket in the place of shops that were here earlier.
