The image shows two maps of Templeton in 1990 and 2005, illustrating transformations at the seaside resort. In 1990, the resort had 12 individual houses scattered across the map, a sequence of trees and a pond along a secondary road in the north, one school adjacent to the pond, a hospital at the northeast corner with a nearby parking area and railway station. In 2005, the houses are in two grouped residential blocks, one block of 4 houses occupies the northwest and another set of 8 occupies the southeast corner alongside the railway station and railway line extending further along the coast. The school and hospital remain, but the southern area, where three houses once stood, now features a new supermarket adjacent to an added factory. A ferry service is visible on the southern coast, and an airport appears north of the newly extended railway. The pond and some trees were removed to accommodate the expansions.

The two maps illustrate the changes that occurred in the seaside resort of the templeton in 15 years period, between 1990 and 2005.
Overall, both eastern and western sides of the seaside resort saw significant changes overtime and became more industrial than years before.
In 1990, the western area was preserved as a residential district without any major facilities or industrial buildings. However, compared to its neighbour area- east, it had way a lot more to offer, as there were important facilities located, such as: school, hospital, and railway station. Both sides were green with numerous trees and a lake.
During 2005, it is clear that there have been noticeable improvements in industrialisation in these divided territories. As regard western side, the initial purpose of it remained practically the same (residential), several compact houses were reconstructed into modernised skyscrapers, and only a supermarket amidst the residents was established. Meanwhile, the eastern side underwent a complete transformation in terms of transportation and infrastructure, as there was a plane and factory constructed, as well as a new port for ferry services. Frankly, at the end of the period, the seaside resort became less green.
