The maps illustrate how the village park has changed over a period of a decade. It can be obviously seen that the park has seen a lot of additions, but its usage has increased. Additionally, the park’s entire land is the same.
The park was standard ten years ago, with an entrance in the northwest corner. While there was a pond to the southeast of the football field, the field itself was in the center. There were two tennis courts to the north of the pitch. There was a parking and children’s play area in the northwest and northeast of the football pitch, respectively. Woods were near to the pond.
Ten years later, it is evident that there are significant changes in the second map. There is a 50-car parking space given on the western side. There is now the children’s soft play area has been added, even though the children’s play space remains same. The number of tennis courts has been increased by twice. Toilets are also ones of the areas which are added at the moment. These locates in the east of the football field.
