Looking at the map in 2009, there were 2 entrances, the main one located to the top left corner of the map, and the side entrance was on either side. Between these was a registration desk. Upon entering from the main entrance, visitors would encounter a concert hall including 4 seats, which was adjacent to a meeting room housing a stage and 4 seats. The central region featured a display region, while an exhibition area was just below it. Opposite the main entrance, there was a balcony.
In 2010, the floor plan of this conference experienced numerous modifications. Specifically, although the top section remained unchanged, the exhibition area was expanded, almost double in size, and was relocated to the place where the concert hall and meeting room used to be. In exchange, the concert hall had its size reduced and merged with the meeting room, housing seats and a stage, supplanting the former exhibition area. A newly-erected registration desk stood directly above the concert hall. To the right of it, a balcony had also been equipped with a lounge area, making it more customer-friendly.
