The given maps depict the transformation of the floor plans of a trade conference organized between 2009 and 2010.
Overall, at first glance, it can be seen that the conference has been replaced including concert hall, meeting room. Furthermore, a new registration room was appeared near the balcony.
To begin with, the registration was located in the middle top between the main and side entrances. The concert hall was placed on the left side with rows of seat positioned in front of it. Besides, directly opposite the concert hall was the display area and underneath it was meeting room with a stage and rows of seat inside. In the opposite side, right next to the balcony was the exhibition area.
Regarding the floor plans in 2010, there was a combination of the meeting room and concert hall came to being the exhibition room. In addition, the display area has been demolished. The old exhibition area has been replaced by the concert hall, while the stage and seating area was removed into it. The balcony area was transformed into the balcony with lougue area and there was a new registration room was conctructed next to it.
