The presented map compares a land of a development of a hydroelectric power plant.
Now a days natural habitats are the most afected by human expansions. Overall is evident that before the construction of the power plant, the national park and the farm land had a big presence in the previous map. Wildlife and natural ecosystems were the main affected sites with the construction of the hydroelectric damn.
Although a hydroelectric damn is needed, the enviorment suffered massive repercussions, the farmland was replaced by a hotel, the river became a lake, the national park and the historic castle were substituted by a power plant and transmission towers. However the forest and the mountains mantained a steady area even tho of the changes caused by the power plant.
In conlusion, the land suffered an abruptly change in its enviorment and it’s ecosystem caused by the powerplant. To avoid this consecuences the new projects or constructions that come in the future need to be planned in a way that can not affect the wildlife and ecosystems that are in our planet.
