However, after several years, the industrial complex which converts into a residential area, will significantly modernize, with more public facilities being introduced. The entrance and reception area will be replaced with residential spaces, which will include three double-bedroom houses accessible through communal gardens,whereas the removal of office spaces and a factory to make way for the construction of housing units and various amenities for the future residents.
