Overall, the industrial site is proposed to be converted into a new housing area, with the replacement of factories, offices by housing accommodation. Besides, the area is to undergo considerable alterations, gardens and parking garage.
As can be seen in the first map, there are several offices, canteen on the right side of it building for storage along the Swallow street. A pie walk lies to the east of the area on the left side of which factory is sited. To the west a parking lot is sited, and beyond it, there is a Toe lane.
Development plan for new housing for the future is that there expected to be constructed massive buildings to the east and west side of the area, which will include Parking area and Apartment on the right side and 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom houses on the other side of the area. Offices are planned to be replaced by parking garaged. Additionally, there will be erected a new building which will consist of communal gardens and three 2-bedroom house and surrounded by private road by three side
