Nowadays, start with the main road and look directly into the industrial area, there is the entrance and reception, which was located on the North side. The offices and canteen were located opposite of the entrance. Besides that, the packing and the storage area were located on the right side of the West side, and the main factory was found easily on the East side.
In the near future, the industrial park will change into a residential area. The building which was previously the entrance and reception, gave place for the new 2 bedroom houses and communal gardens. The factory on the West side will change into a parking area and the apartments. The packing and the storage area are no longer exists, instead it is a 3 and 4 bedroom houses. Last, the offices and canteen will be abandoned to build a parking garages.
Overall, The industrial park will be completely demolished to make way for future residential development.
