In the map 1, the industrial area featured the 3 main work area and the reception where also is the entrance. The office zone contained 5 office and canteen which is located on the opposite of the entrance and there are the yard in the centre. Meanwhile, the factory is found directly in the easten of the area and the in the opposite it the parking and storage was built.
Continue with the map 2, all views in the area will be changed. In the northside, the housing area will be build, which have a 3 room with 2 bedrooms and communal gardens. There are the parking and apartments, which was garages will be supersede a office area and the new private house on the center where was a yard. Besides, in the westside the parking and storage will be shift into a resident zone contained 2 style rooms ( 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom).
