The two maps show the current layout and future plan of an industrial site.
Overall, the area became more modernized and visitor-oriented with major changes made to its general layout. This transformation included the introduction of new facilities such as a parking garage, private road, a parking area, an apartment, and several two-beadroom houses which will replace several existing features. However, some areas such as the parking area and streets will remain largely the same throughout the period.
In the original layout, the building functioned as an office. Upon entering, visitors would find a reception area on the left side there was a parking area where visitors could safely park their private vehicles. Further east, the top-right section of the building was a factory. In contrast, in the middle section of the building wss a yard. Office rooms were located just below the yard, while a storage area was located on the left side of the building.
After the transformation, the area became more accessible with several changes. The reception and entrance were replaced by three-bedroom houses, followed by communal gardens were located just below them. On the west side of the map, a four-beadroom house was built at the bottom. In the south, a parking road and parking garages were constructed, replacing office rooms. Finally, on the eastern side of the map, the factory was converted into a parking area and an apartment building.
